Water Trap
Water trap filters - p/n 75316 Small round fiber filters used to collect soot and particulate before the gas circulates through the water trap. 10 per package

In-Line
In-Line filters - p/n 79278 Flow through particulate filter placed in the sample line. Used only in dry, sooty applications, such as emission testing diesel, coal, and heavy oil combustion systems. 5 per package.

Nox/SO2
NOx /SO2 Filter media - p/n79275 Small beads of potassium permanganate that are used to scrub acid gases from the gas sample going to the CO sensor. Eliminates cross-interference and assures more accurate CO measurements.

Printer Paper

Printer Paper
Printer Paper Impact Printer Paper - p/n 79285, 5 rolls per pkg. The newer versions of the ECOM AC, A-PLUS, KL, and SG-PLUS have an ink Impact type printer that uses standard paper. Thermal Printer Paper - p/n 79274, 5 rolls per pkg. The older AC's and A-PLUS' have a Thermal Printer, which uses a different type of paper.

Sensors

Sensors
Replacement sensors are supplied with the proper leads attached to make installation of new sensor easier. Please note that new sensors installed will require calibration. Please provide serial number and type of analyzer when ordering replacement sensors. Calibration Gases

Calibration Gases
Calibration Gas Ensuring accurate measurements for your ECOM analyzer Calibration of your ECOM analyzer is simple and will help maintain a high degree of accuracy for your emission testing. One of the many features of ECOM analyzers is the ease of calibration. ECOM offers a wide range of calibration gas concentrations suitable for emission testing and protocols. Along with the following gases, we also supply the necessary regulators and accessory kits: Carbon Monoxide (CO) Nitric Oxide (NO) Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) Custom mixes and Concentrations available Our cylinders provide a more economical solution for your field calibration gas requirements. These cylinders are compact, yet, are refillable. They may be returned for refill / exchange when necessary. We recommend that you choose a concentration of each individual gas, according to your requirements, or which most closely match the expected levels of emissions from your combustion sources.

Sample Lines

Non-Heated
Non-heated Sample Lines 2 types of sample lines are used with ECOM analyzers. All models come with a standard, non-heated sample line, available in 10' ft (200 & EN), 15' & 30' (AC, A-PLUS, KL, SG-PLUS). Other lengths are available upon request.

Heated
Heated Sample Lines Heated sample lines are available for use with the compliance level analyzers, (A-PLUS, KL, and SG-PLUS). Heated sample lines are required under most testing protocols and keep the gas sample above the dew point prior to conditioning. The temperature of the line is self-regulating and maintains a temperature of 225-250 degrees F. Lines are complete with stainless steel fittings, heavy duty end cuffs, and hanger cables. Available with or without thermocouple for exhaust temperature measurement.

Probes

Probes
All models come with a high temp, inconel probe. Lengths vary by model (6" or 10" probe - 200, EN), 13" for all other models. Optional 3 foot and 5 foot pistol grip probes available. A stainless steel probe 2.5' comes with the heated sample lines, upon request.

Remote Displays

Z Remote
The Z Remote, p/n 71293, displays all parameters of the analyzer and offers a print capability.

ZM Remote
The ZM Remote is smaller and displays fewer parameters, but allows remote printing. Standard cable length is 30 feet, but can be longer, upon request.

Software

Software
ECOM DAS (Data Acquisition Software) is available with the AC, A-PLUS, KL, and SG-PLUS. This software allows real-time viewing of measured parameters, plus stores data and automatically builds a spreadsheet, complete with time stamp and headers.
